I had a terrible experience at Rooster Cafe Pm. The coffee at 750 St Clair St, Costa Mesa, California 92626 was burnt, and the staff was rude. It's rare for me to have such a negative experience at a coffee shop, but Rooster Cafe Pm managed to disappoint on multiple levels.
