I was excited to try Rosa'S Cafe Tortilla Factory, but it was a letdown. The coffee was bland, and the pastries were stale. I hope they improve their offerings.

My recent visit to Rosa'S Cafe Tortilla Factory at 28134 Jefferson Ave, Temecula, California 92590 was absolutely wonderful! The aroma of freshly brewed coffee greeted me as I walked in, and the barista's warm smile made me feel right at home. I ordered their signature caramel macchiato, and it was a flavor explosion in my mouth. The caramel drizzle was just the right amount of sweet, balancing perfectly with the rich espresso.
