I recently visited Serenitea during a quick stop in 940 West San Marcos Boulevard, San Marcos, CA 92078, and it left a lasting impression. The latte art on my cup was a true work of art, almost too beautiful to drink (but I did anyway). The café's cozy ambiance and knowledgeable staff create a welcoming atmosphere that's hard to beat. I'll be back for sure.
