Very quaint. Very friendly staff. Lots of fun tea options that you can smell before purchasing. Touristy feel but it’s not overly cheesy.

Nice British-type pub with good selection of UK beers on tap, typical pub fare (bangers, curry, fish n` chips, etc.).

Also, they have a full service bar, darts, TVs often playing soccer/football.

There's also a store next door, run by the same owners, that features a good selection of British/UK food stuffs, freshly baked meat pies daily, frozen items, crisps, chips, cookies/biscuits, chocolates, tea, canned goods, vegemite, marmite, British-centric nick knacks. They also have a tea/brunch service outside on a nice little covered patio.

Wonderful little spot with amazing afternoon tea. Great selection of teas and imported British items.

The place was nice and the food was delicious!! I went with a friend who is not a tea person so she thought her tea cup which was very stained by tea was dirty!
Manager.... Buy a magic eraser and do some serious cleaning and you won't scare any of your costumers!

Love having High Tea here with my daughter! We actually had a group of 10 young ladies here a few years back and they were so accommodating. The girls had a great experience and we loved how authentic everything was, right down to the British servers! The scones...amazing! Aside from being able to have the wonderful tea service, you can eat at the full service restaurant and then enjoy shopping at the Tea Shoppe where they have EVERY little British snack or treat you could think of!

This was our first Afternoon Tea experience, and we loved it! The food was delicious and the atmosphere was relaxing with friendly servers with an amazing service. We would love to see more variety of savoury sandwiches to balance the pastry and sweet selections.

This was our first time coming here and it was absolutely lovely. The food was delicious and interesting start to finish and the staff was friendly and attentive. And with such a wide offering of teas along with vegetarian and gluten-free options, we couldn't have asked for more.

I made a reservation here for two for Christmas Afternoon Tea. I thought it was nice that they gave a courtesy call the day before to remind me of the reservation.

At $30 per person, the price is steeper than what we typically spend on lunch, but my friend and I thought it was good to treat ourselves once in a while. I liked that there were lots of non-American candies and chocolates to browse inside the shop and we really liked the tea station set up for us to sample each blend before making our decisions for the tea.

The patio the tea is served in is quite small and a little crowded, and there isn't really a place to put larger purses. The food overall was okay. My friend and I weren't particularly blown away by it: the bread for the sandwiches were on the dry side, and we both found the sausage rolls and yorkshire pudding to be too salty, scone and cream were heavy, and we weren't quite sure what to make of the strawberry rhubarb crumble and the mince pie. But I do realize these are differences in personal preferences (aside from the dry bread, but reading other reviews it appears this is a regular thing here) and I could see why people like the food, it just wasn't for us. My friend and I really liked their strawberry jam and their port wine syllabub, though! And the teas were great. I'd recommend the cream tea instead of the full spread for people with smaller appetites who wanna try this place for the experience.

I'd probably give this tea room a solid 3/5 solely for the food but added a star since the tea and service were good and my friend and I still thought this was a good experience to try out. I might come back in the future to try a new tea blend and different monthly menu.

If you love tea, this is a great place for you. The customer service is great, the tea is terrific and the variety of teas is good. Tea alongside small side dishes, make it a perfect combination for a relaxed afternoon with the best companionship.
