The vibe at Sidebar is unmatched. The exposed brick walls and indie playlist set the mood just right. The macchiato was a work of art, and I'll be bringing all my friends here.

Had a chance to pop into Sidebar at 542 Grand Avenue, Oakland, CA 94610, and it was a solid experience. Ordered their flat white, and it was pretty darn good. The café has a rustic charm with wooden furniture and indie tunes playing in the background. It's a place where you can relax and enjoy your coffee without any fuss.

Sidebar was a major letdown. The latte was lukewarm, and the pastries were far from fresh. I left disappointed and won't be returning anytime soon.
