So, I dropped by Sierra Madre Roasting Company at 45 North Baldwin Avenue, Sierra Madre, CA 91024, and their cappuccino was a frothy delight with a perfect coffee-to-milk ratio. The café had a vintage, 1950s diner vibe with red leather booths and classic rock playing. It's a coffee time machine.

Sierra Madre Roasting Company needs a makeover. The furniture looks worn out, and the espresso shots were disappointingly bitter. It's in desperate need of some improvements.
