An unassuming spot for a nice, casual lunch. The food is tasty and should leave you with a smile. It's worth the stop if there's time and you happen to be in the area with a friend or small group.

Excellent sandwiches. The best one is the buffalo chicken sandwich. They use Boars head sliced meat.

If you like panini's, this place is a definite must! I always get the same one, but my wife and kids have tried several of the others, and all are very good. I like the "fries" which are really just panini'd, then thin sliced strips with a dipping sauce that is fantastic. All of the sauces are exceptional!

BOUGHT THE HOUSTON. TASTED LIKE ROTTEN FISH. I FELT SICK TO MY STOMACH. BUT THEY GAVE ME FREE SODA TO WASH AWAY THE DISGUSTINGNESS.

My visit to Skimmer'S Panini Grill was a delightful surprise. Situated in the heart of 25290 Marguerite Parkway #E, Mission Viejo, CA 92692, USA, this coffee shop exceeded my expectations. The mocha I ordered was a perfect blend of chocolate and espresso, and the latte art was a work of art. The café's minimalist décor and comfortable seating created a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for both work and leisure. It's a coffee spot that deserves more recognition.
