I was excited to try Specialty'S Café & Bakery, but it left me disappointed. The coffee tasted burnt, and the barista seemed disinterested. I won't be returning anytime soon.

So, I ventured into Specialty'S Café & Bakery in 3075 Prospect Park Dr, Rancho Cordova, California 95670, and their cortado was the bomb dot com. It had that perfect balance of espresso and warm, frothy milk. The caf√© had this industrial chic thing going on with exposed brick walls and hanging Edison bulbs. Loved the vibe.

Specialty'S Café & Bakery is a delightful spot for a coffee lover like me. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, with comfy seating and soft jazz playing in the background.
