This coffee shop is open till late night around 11:30 pm. Very convenient for people who want to work here till late night. However, it has some issues. Bathrooms are not cleaned well and its bad odor is there even in seating areas. Another big issue is its Internet speed, which is terribly slow. This doesn't have the Google Wifi which is usually seen in other Starbucks shops. So, if you want to do some serious browsing, then, this is not a good place. I am not quite sure why they haven't fix it yet, though it is one of the popular shops around this area.
it was cool until they started closing 2 hours early. Remodel is nice.
I had a bad experience recently here. A staff was, I think she was being trained, spoke very unpleasantly to our order. After I heard the call, I went to the counter and asked her if it is mine. She made face and said that that was why she called us. Since we ordered 2 drinks, I asked her if the other one is ready, in a very careful tone. She angrily taught us that there's a line and asked me if I don't see that people are waiting. Waited a while and we found that they forgot the other drink. We had to ask again to get the drink.
I do not think it is a corporate policy to treat customers mean.I think it was her bad day. I like Starbucks. Hope she'll be happy now. :)
Super slow internet connection wait 30min to download a 5 mb file when I asked barista if they have any internet problems she said its always slow and we were only like 8 customers when tried to test their speed wait 2 minutes to download ookla
they shouldn't offer internet if one cannot connect to it even if it is free
They Have Horrible Service. OMG!! We Had To Repeat Our Order 5 Times. The Lady Kept Being Retarted And Screwing Up. Also They Lied To Me Saying They Had A Drink, But When I Tried Ordering It They Changed The Story. DONT COME HERE!! Also They Didnt Even Give Us The Full Drink. They Didn't Give Us What We Were Expecting.
Positive atmosphere, great coffee, very friendly and caring baristas. They treat each other and the clientele with dignity and respect, even the trainee on his first day.
Including a homeless man I won't name for his privacy, they'll give him a sandwich to go with his coffee which they paid for out of pocket, and spend their break listening to his story. I watched it happen.
I wanted to take the time to write a review for this particular Starbucks. I come to this Starbucks often and almost on a daily basis before driving home from work. The reason why I am writing a review is for the young man who is employed there. I work as a security officer during the graveyard shift and recently had a really bad night with someone who lives, where I work. Anyways, that morning I came to the Starbucks to get a coffee so I could stay awake to drive home and one of the Starbucks employees paid for my coffee with no hesitation. I was absolutely blown away by the kindness of this employee, being that I am usually the one who does things for people and do not ask for anything in return. I literally wanted to cry when he paid for my coffee and made my morning turn around. The next morning I came in again and this time he paid for my coffee again and I paid for my bagel, which he wrote "have a wonderful day". Nobody has ever been so kind to me and I really appreciated the kindness from this employee. I actually saved the bagel wrapper just because it was so nice! Today, I specifically went to Starbucks to see if he was working and when I walked in, the employee had a big smile on his face and waved. I seen that he had a headset on and seemed busy so I was unable to personally thank or tip him. I told the guy at the register that the $20 tip was for the guy with the headset. The guy At the cash register seems to forget things so, I really hope he did not forget to tell the other employee. Honestly, if I had more money to give I totally wouldn't hesitate to tip him more just because of those two days. I was going through a rough few days and I was so thankful. This Starbucks will be my favorite, because of this employee. I do not know his name but I'll be sure to check his name tag next time and update this review. Further, if anyone in the area wants to grab a coffee with great customer service, DEFINITELY come here! Places need more employees like him! Sorry for the long review but I had to let Starbucks know that this employee is awesome!
Best hangout place in Sunnyvale. Open until midnight. You will always find young people having clean fun. Many techies discussing and wedding code. Very positive environment.
I always go through drive through every Friday, my little end of the week treat. One morning I had decided to switch my purse and did not realize I had not transferred my wallet to the purse I was going to use that day. I went through the drive through, placed my order, moved up in line and proceeded to take my wallet out of my purse when I discovered I had forgotten to put it in my purse from the previous purse. I was stuck, I had to go through the drive through as there were cars in back of me. I got up to the window apologized profusely to the barista, when low and behold he still gave me my grande soy chai and bacon cheddar breakfast sandwich. I was so caught off guard by his kindness, I had to pay it forward. The following Friday, I pulled up placed my order, wallet in hand this time, and gave the barista a really nice tip, which he could not believe. I explained how his gesture had made my whole day that day, and I will continue to be a loyal customer to this Starbucks because of his outstanding customer service.
Friendly crew. Coveniently located with tons of parking.
But the drivethru messes up mobile orders: too often (4/10) my mobile order ends up being passed on to the drivethru side. After 15min they sometimes find it by the window, but most of the time they just remake it when I ask.
This it not their fault but Starbuck's: the common labels should be more distinct as ">MOBILE
Open late which is awesome. Because of that, seating is very limited with all day college student patrons.
only Starbucks open that's open late around the area, has a nice study room and even comes with a drive-thru. Pretty dope for late night study.
