The staff at this location are so friendly and always remember my drink. Another customer paid ahead and took care of a portion of my bill so I had to write a review.

Every time I come here they never make our drinks right. Kind of disappointing, came in last week for a horchata frap, the drink I received was not what I ordered.

This Starbucks is the closest one to the Coleman Costco. If you have a long wait for a tire replacement or rotation and don't want to hang out at Costco or McDonald's, you can go here. There is now an undercrossing for the Santa Clara Transit Center. This is also popular with the commuters as they take CalTrain to their destinations north.

Friendly service. Relaxed atmosphere. Never too crowded. Coffee not outstanding but ok.

The guys here are amazing. I was sick and wanted some hot and healthy drink. They made me a special drink which they call it "sick tea" and it was amazing. Great taste and super healthy. So if you are sick please have this drink as it has hot green tea with lemon, chamomile and honey. I feel much better after the tea. Thanks to the guys at Starbucks.:)

The employees are friendly and they take the time to get to know their costumers. Great place to hangout

This Starbucks is the best in the area!!! The Staff and Manager are Earth Angels!!! Need I say anymore? No, I don't think so.

If I had an option of ZERO, that would be my choice!! Every time I give them the benefit of the doubt because I literally work in the same parking lot. I get interrogated for asking why I order in a bigger cup size, she practically almost spills my drink when giving it to me, and finally when I taste it, it's disgusting. Taste's like there's a cigarette butt in my cup!! Way to waste $4. Word to the wise, go to the Alameda location across from Ike's!!! They know what Customer Service is, always have a Smile when you walk in, and THEIR Coffee is AWESOME EVERYTIIIIMMMMME!!!!!
