as much as I love independent roasters and small mom and pops coffee shops / artisan cafes (and let me tell you I LOVE them, not just for their atmosphere and vibe but also for the myriad of styles and setups you come across) I still spend a good amount of my money at Starbucks. I go for the free refills (gold star members) on coffee and tea as sell as for consistency. Five stars in my eyes

I visited this location this morning to get an iced Chai latte. I don’t usually get Starbucks because well, I think it’s overpriced. Anyways, I waited quite a bit for my coffee, granted they were busy and I get that. Unfortunately, I had an appointment I needed to get to and the long wait didn’t give me a chance to check my drink. I get in my car and drive off and well, I pretty much paid $5 for a cup of milk. Very disappointed and will not return.

This use to be my go to place, but now four times I have ordered through the mobile app and four times it’s been screwed up. Three out of the 4 times it was due to sour products! I will say they are always nice and remake it for me. However, I purposely ordered through the mobile app so that I can quickly go in and pick it up. I think they have new employees, as I have never had so many issues before. Thankfully there is another location on the other side of the highway,so I’ll be using them for now on. Please taste your drink before you leave the store!

Did a mobile order got there and it wasn't done. I went when it said order is complete. All I ordered was a kids white hot chocolate. They ended up giving her regular hot chocolate and we still had to wait 10 more minutes on top of that. They said maybe someone else took it. Maybe I'm spoiled by our former starbucks they were on point.

So this use to be my favorite Starbucks! However I went and got a coffee and was double charged for it by the lady , I went back the next day to ask her to correct the problem and she completely brushed me and my friend off that she had done the same thing to! Smh so I will not go back!!

Employees are always really nice, store is always clean, quick turnaround even during busy times.

I have been going to this Starbucks for 4 years and it's amazing the employees are so nice and since I'm a usual they remember what I get which makes it easier, also when it's crouded they move so fast and get things done so quick it's amazing.

I have great service every time I come in, today was no exception . The barista that helped me (ironically his name is sean as well). I wanted something new and he made a one of a kind drink that I fell in love with. From now one I will be asking for Sean's assistance in providing me masterful custom drinks.

Usually a line and there isn't really a convenient place to stand while waiting for your drink. It's cozy though!

This place gets busy but they take care of those drinks rather quickly.

It's a starbucks. Other than that, the place is on the small cozy side. Has some outdoor seating, but the layout is a mess. Once you get your drink, if busy, you will either need to go buy everyone in line, or zig past those waiting and between the tables and chairs. Slowish, and mobile orders are the way to go for easy pickup.
