Big nice place to study open 24 hours chill place but one time i spilled my drink and the workers just watched me clean it all up

Longest waiting time of all starbucks ive been. This place wasnt even busy inside and out in the drive thru and i waited 15mins to get my order and it was wrong. So they had to do it again and waited for another freaking 5 mins. This place deserves a negative star.

You want to get your Latte with a side a punch of a view of a fight? This is your Starbucks. Because of the amount of rotation staff this place gets once they start getting your drink right "the new" person screws it up. Also the Drive trough has to be the worst one ever, not the staff but the actual drive trough. You have to fight to squeeze in from traffic and there is always 2 lanes when this place was intended for 1. So you see people argue,fight and cut each other off. This place needs relocation asap.

Starbucks in general have the same quality drinks and the people are generally nice... this particular location is always packed and the drive-thru is usually long. So if you don't mind the wait and aren't in a hurry, come here... if not, go down the street and there is another newly constructed Starbucks that may have shorter lines.

They never get the order correct. Called in to make a complaint, young girl by the name of Sabrina was rude. Every time I would try to explain why I was satisfied with my drink, she would always cut me off. Sweetie, that sweet voice don't fool no one..

Just got one of their tuxedo Frappuccinos didn't look anything like the pictures and taste like watered-down ice shavings the worst Frappuccino I've ever got from Starbucks ever truly disappointed

Batista more focused on their personal conversations. My order was made incorrectly, no apology, acknowledgment, or eye contact. Will be letting their corporate office know.

Close to the Freeway, stop by and get, what i say . A Road trip drink and dessert and make Your drive nice and relaxing

They got my order wrong today BUT I've been here 25 times before & they've always got it right in the past. I like starbucks with drive-thru options so I appreciate that this location is right off the 805 fwy.
