Initial service was okay and went to poor since the counter girl refused to make eye contact. The next attendant was much better and getting my drink was fast. Overall was less than par for a Starbucks but still okay.

Arrived at Starbucks for some after dinner coffee a few minutes before 9 pm. The barista took our orders then told us they were closing in like 3 minutes. Their sign said they close at 10:30 pm. My family and I and my siblings and their families were hoping to hang out for a while as one was visiting from Los Angeles. We ended up hanging out outside the store at their tables that didn't have any chairs. Incidentally, a LOT of people came by to buy coffee and where surprised to see them closed and cleaning up. Did they just want to close up early? They should post a sign that says "Open until we choose to close." At least then potential customers will realize their unpredictability!

Best Starbucks in Chula Vista. Not real crowed, good service and always playing good jazz.

Drivethru is ok, but I don't understand why this place don't have the riht product to my vebrage berry ,berry obelisc is the second time, i come and and ask for my berry obelisc but they don't have barries it's not fair

It's a comfortable place to work out of and do homework. After they removed the comfy couches it lost a little bit of the lazy appeal but it's still a nice "third place". They're always busy but still manage to get your drink ready in under 5 minutes.

I came here because it was the closest Starbucks with a drive thru. The coffee was absolutely horrible tho. I order one thing every time no matter what Starbucks I go to and somehow this place made it taste disgusting.

We absolutely loved this restaurant. Food was excellent, as was service. FRESH seafood, beautifully and creatively prepared, and excellent choice of wines both by the glass and by the bottle.

I was a little shy of asking about a promotion about an app and get a free coffee especially because i dont know very well how to download apps but i had the courage to ask the cashier her name is Ana she explained how to download but i couldn't i didn't have enough memory so she went above and beyond she show me the way to register by using a gift card she was so passion and nice the good thing is that there was no line people were not waiting and finally i purchase a gift card and register she made it happen to me thankyou for your passions and all the info to be part of Starbucks app great customer service you made my day after been 2 hours in the dmv thankyou Ana this would make me come back :)

At this Starbucks, they continuously get my orders wrong. It is very frustrating because I have to work and being to work on time is hard with them having to remake my drink every morning and I spend enough money to have better treatment. Than they couldn't split my hundred dollar bill when I was ordering for a big group of people even though I was already spending about $30. As a big business they should be able to be flexible with payment methods.
