The barista wasn't aware that they're currently sold out of the toasted coconut cold brew. Thanks to me, now she knows! The other barista who made the drinks looked so miserable like he didn't even want to be there. And they didn't offer a fork to go with my fruitcup...overall, TERRIBLE customer service. Seems to be the norm around here... they bring shame to the Starbucks name.

People come here to study, mtg, and quick coffee pick ups. The place is nice to study or get some work done. Great view and light from outside. They got some tabled outside if you desire to sit outside.

Over prices coffee. Always busy. Yum yum donuts across the street is way better. I prefer helping the local businesses

We have been in and out, morning, midday and afternoon in any Starbucks stores located in n our area. The two particular stores my wife and I hangout everyday are in 519 Telegraph Canyon and the other store located in the geart of Chula Vista Mall. Crew in these two particular places performances are super and outstanding. Dining areas immaculate and the bathrooms are well maintained and sanitary. We love to keep coming back. Great outstanding crew. Keep it up folks.
