if you do mobile order, it WILL be incredibly late. Like, thirty minutes late. Every time I do mobile order, either it's late or completely forgotten.

Now, I don't mind it being a bit late. However, I ordered my drink at 7:49am. It's currently 8:19am and there's still a ton of mobile ordered ahead of me. Jeezus! People are walking, ordering, and getting their beverage before any mobile orders...

Update: nope, drinks are terrible. I keep going back because I live so close, but I'm done. I'm just done. I leave this store upset every single time. I'm breaking up with it

Drinks are the same as any Starbucks. The problem with this place are the employees. With regards to Wednesday nights, the people who close always start packing up/cleaning 30 min before closing and kick people out 10 min before closing. I saw them refuse service to someone 8 min before the posted closing time. This place gives Starbucks a bad name.

Advice: Show up at least 10 min before closing or you will be disappointment (this has happened to me twice already).

FYI, I've been to several locations very late at night where employees would let anyone in all the way up to closing (sometimes 1 min after closing - 1:01am) and not even charge for a (obviously, several hours old) regular tall coffee. That's what you call customer service.

I ordered on the mobile app and it was great! Got there and they had a long line and I skipped the line and grabbed my ordered at the mobile app section. I really recommend getting the app if you want to skip the line!

When I placed a mobile order the prep time was 11-17 minutes which I completely get because this location is super busy. But after patiently waiting 25 minutes near the pick up area, I asked the barista about my mobile order and she said Oh, the mobile pick up area is at the other end of the counter. So, heads up if you're picking up an order from this location as it is counter-intuitive (excuse the pun haha).

Waited 20 minutes to find out they were out of my flavoring. The barista was sweet and I understand the confusion, but they were VERY understaffed.

I haven't been here in a year, I hated it then. I came here 5/20/17 because it was after 10pm and the only one open. They are slow, one person too busy cleaning to help the other take orders so they can make drinks. That guy said welcome and he'd be right with me and finished making at least 2 drinks. So I'm standing there waiting, I started looking at the cups in line.. Couple comes in and bypass me, he started taking their order so I said something because I'm not waiting for another 10 minutes for a drink. I always order a venti caramel macchiato and extra caramel.. I got a small. So yes, remake my drink and preferably sans the attitude because now I'm upset. This is my least favorite starbucks in the world. In the year I haven't been nothing has changed. Its only consistency is watery drinks with slow and rude service. I had hoped that in a year things would have improved.

Was too crowded inside the coffee shop. Its OK to sit outside if the climate is good enough

Very nice and clean Starbucks. The cashier was quick and very friendly- even took the time to write my name correctly! I don't care usually how it's written since my name is tricky but I wanted to highlight that because he is the only one to have done that extra step.
The barista making the drinks was highly friendly as well and had great customer service but I'm knocking off a star because he was painfully slow :/ Took just under 10 minutes to make a tall Caramel Waffle cone Frappuccino.
With that said he seemed to have a great relationship with the customers coming in so I will come back to this location.
