My visit was with my brother. Tbe staff made his drink but forgot about mine. Homeless people sitting across from us packing their chicken wings sauces pringles slurpees etc spawning out over the seats. Talking to themselves etc. I do not have anything against the homeless but just giving the heads up you get that added to your experience there. Didnt take a picture its starbucks.

I order a caramel fappochino and it was soooooooooooo dilishious I loved it

I just use the drive thru..but the staff is always very friendly and know my order when they see my car..I love going there..

Never have any cold brew. They do not brew enough for the customers. Sold out by 11

Welcoming environment for all walks of life. Friendly and polite staff who are very knowledgeable of the products and always have a sense of urgency to get your order to you.. Clean and well stocked. Never had an unpleasant experience.

It's more like a flophouse all the losers and freeloaders in Desert Hot Springs who sit around all day long do absolutely nothing drink water use the free Wi-Fi and the restroom . Lots of them come in and conduct business . Employees do absolutely nothing to prevent this kind of activity . I blame management even complained to upper management nothing's done so I never go there again neither do my friends. Can never get a seat for a paying customer. Great Staff, drinks are great, location is great. However sooo many people locals freeloading on the free wi/fi, taking up tables and chairs, and NOT purchasing any Starbucks beverages or food. They get free water, free wi/fi, use the rest room, and hang there all day in the free air conditiontaking up most seating. Not so good for the paying customer who would like to sit with friends. Lost lots of regulars because of this allowed behavior.
DHS is The worst Starbucks allowing this abuse and behavior. Other Starbucks do not tolerate it and ask the person to purchase a Starbucks product if they wish to take up the seating and tables, and use the free wi/fi. But this Starbucks is located in is DHS, the sewer of the desert.These people are used to getting things for free, and not working for it. I have found another coffee place to give my business too outside of DHS.Z

Fast but they should be more strict on the no smoking outside were they have the chairs and tables by the front.

I love the service. They've never left me waiting when I make my online order & the baristas are always so friendly. I love coming here on colder days as well just to enjoy the views of the town

Took to Long to order, when i finally ordered he got my order wrong, and when i told him..he said" no this is what you ordered" so i left not happy at all.
