They gave us our drinks really messy, dripping down the sides without any napkins. I ordered a Mocha Frapp but instead they gave me a double chocolate chip frapp, the same thing my sister ordered. They also charged me for a Grande when I got a Tall. They don't know what they're doing.

They are a really cool staff in this location. They were fast and quick on service. It does get packed at this location with it being in a very busy mall.

Whoever made my coffee today (1:40pm) it SUCKS and I almost threw up! Taste like just water and syrup. If I wasn't in a hurry (my son playing baseball in LJ Country Day) I could've complained to the manager. Instead I just threw it in the trash! Waste of my money! Such a disappointment!😏

I was talking to my friend about a drink and if I should try it and I do. Then I order it and will I'm waiting the cashier and the person making the drinks were looking and laughing at me. When I received my drink the person who made my drink told me to "buy it before I try it" in a rude tone. Worst employees.

Avoid at all costs.
There's at least five other starbucks nearby. Choose a different one of you want your drink made correctly.

Very poor attitude from the employees. Drinks are consistent with any other Starbucks.
