Order the macha latte for the first time yesterday. I asked specifically if it had any sugar since I am on a low carb diet. The barista said it did not have any added sugar or in the macha mix. After drinking some of it, I decided to look it up online... sure enough it had more 30g of sugar.

Don't like the location parking is a nightmare but the service is good.

Rachel is the best barista, she's sweet and very nice not to mention she's the fastest to get orders done 😄one of the best Starbucks coffee shop

I visit once a week. Usually a large order. The Baristas are exceptionally pleasant, responsive and fast. One of my favorite Starbucks anywhere.

Great Starbucks. Plenty of seating outside. Parking is shared with other businesses and a shopping center, so parking can be a challenge sometimes. Friendly staff that takes a little extra time with you to socialize.

I little hard to get in and out of for parking! (It made it more difficult with the work going on in the back. Nice staff and comfortable atmosphere.

Perfect if your taking the bus 83 from Santa Ana to go to Laguna Beach 89!!! Most of the time you have just enough time to use restroom & a frapaccino to go ;)...

Seccond time I have been treated poorly at Starbucks in 2 weeks once at pacific park and Alicia Pkwy in Aliso Viejo and once at El Toro and Paseo in Laguna Woods, I used to work for this company shame the quality of service has gotten so poor.

Well they don't treat everybody same they don't allow everyone to use the bathroom's and they are rude to homeless folks which to me is not good business i don't go in that store much because I don't like the vibe of stuck up people

I have a love-hate relationship with this Starbucks. I am absolutely addicted to Starbucks. I love their product. The people who come here are people from Laguna Woods who are obnoxious, loud, old and slow. There's never a place to sit down because it has "Starbucks lice", those people who sit around the store all day long with their computers. Also, even if it's not crowded I step up to the register and get a blank look from the person behind the register as though employees are not trained or expected to engage me verbally. Just a blank look where I'm supposed to just bark out my order. That's not the way you do it. "Hi! What can I get started for you?" Nope! Nothing half the time! Friendliness, engagement, accuracy and speed even if there's one or a thousand in line. This location doesn't get this right consistently. People take ownership of the places they like and frequent and it saddens me when the closest Starbucks to me is this one. Product:5 stars. Workers:3 stars. Customers: 0 stars!

A terrific, friendly place. It would mean to me, one more star, if we had gluten free pastries available.
