This is the best Starbucks location. They always greet you. They know your name and what you want to drink. Love all the baristas there, as well.

This particular Starbucks has friendly positive staff, comfy seating, plenty power outlets & even Wireless Recharge Spots. The Google WiFi is blazing fast. I uploaded a 1 Gig HD video to FB over Verizon in 9 Mins!
Also, DRIVE THRU lane, efficient, and close to exit with traffic light. 5 Stars!

I visit this location alot, this morning I grabbed a coffee came back in the afternoon and asked for water. I was scolded by the gal in the drive through for asking for water, something so simple. Last time I visit this location, unfortunately. I'll recommend friends and family visit any other location in the valley, especially when asking for water.

I seem to have a lot of bad luck with this Starbucks....and that's saying something because I try not to be a picky customer wherever I go. I've either had very long waits on my drinks or they've made it wrong. A hot chocolate once took over 30 minutes because they forgot to make it. I found a cap from a container in my chai tea. They've made my drinks incorrectly on numerous occasions. Today I just asked for lighter sweetener than what they normally put in, they kept it regular, now my stomach is really paying for it.....

The customer service is always outstanding at this location! They always make your coffee/tea Right the first time and always with a smile!

I go here often never had a problem till yesterday. I ordered a double smoked sandwich and the bacon in it was under cooked. I did call them to tell them. They said I could go back and they would replace it but I didn't go back cause I didn't think it was worth the 15 min drive for a 4 dollar sandwich. Disappointed!

Fast and great service. Maybe they can go train the market street Riverside california store. They have a very sloe system.

Been coming here for years. Always have great service and are friendly. Make customers feel welcomed. Best starbucks I have been coming to.
