They make exactly what you ask them for, they modify your coffee with taste and flavor of your choice. They have friendly, warm and kind hearted Baristas! Most important, if you don't like what you bought, they simply change it for you, free!

What a great STARBUCKS location! Big comfy cushioned chairs. Intimate setting. Just wonderful. Very comfortable & inviting! Great job!!!

I placed my order and mentioned no whip on my Carmel Frappacino with soy. When I informed the Barista that the Carmel was missing she had an attitude. I rarely visit this location and I avoid it due to certain staff seem to have an attitude problem.

They are usually pretty fast, but sometimes they try to take orders too fast and they give me the wrong drink. But this is a great location and the cafe has a nice ambience for working on your laptop.

Open till 11pm. Great service. Quiet large inside area for studying.

the staff at this location, no matter what te of the day are Always polite, and always have a positive attitude.
Helpful with any questions that people ask of them. The store is gorgeous on the inside. Great for meeting up with an old friend or a new friend.
Super for small business meetings as well.

Nice quiet place to talk and relax with some company. Shades keep it dim in the mid day sun.

Staff were very nice and service quick, but the parking is horrible. The Drive Thru line blocks the entrance and exit to the parking lot. People are waiting to get in AND out of the lot. I had to wait 15 minutes to make a left turn into the lot because of a back up at the drive thru. It seems like Starbucks doesn't always think through the drive through traffic flow because this is not the first store where I have encountered this issue (Whittier and Anaheim come to mind).

Being my closest Starbucks to my home, I may be a bit biased, but this is my favorite Starbucks. This locale is my "Starbucks " run, where I go on a 5-6 mile run with my dog Jojo (there are 2 dog parks 50 yards down from this Starbucks on Pierce St) and stop at this location on my way back home. This location used to be an old diner, so there are plenty of seating areas from tables to sofa chairs to barstool height tables and outside tables. It is one of the bigger Starbucks I've been to. Good customer service and clean bathrooms and lots of electrical outlets. Only drawback is that it is in a fully occupied mini-mall and it's challenging to find parking during peak hours. Across the street is the Riverwalk area that extends a good mile down Pierce St., where you can see the beautiful fountains of La Sierra University.

They gave me the wrong size and after telling her about her mistake she has the audacity to tell me that was the right size. I know my Starbucks cups. Not wanting to deal with her answering rude and incorrect. I just left.I just wanted ☕ not to be robbed.

This location has a drive thru how fun is that! This location is also huge and it has many many wall plugs great wifi and tons of students from La Sierra University.

Have experienced great drive-thru and walk-in service!! Great location, all aspects are head n shoulders above La Sierra and Indiana location. Service was organized, prompt and very friendly. Hope they keep it up!
