I don't normally give reviews and not one to do negetive reviews at that but I have yet to have a good experience with this Starbucks. Today I asked if I could do a refill on my iced coffee from earlier and the employee got an immediate attitude with me. She first said we don't refill everything. I told her it was iced coffee and she said they only refill if it was purchased at that location. She then looked at the cup and scuffed "we can't if you peeled the label that's the whole point" and rolled her eyes. I told her oh I see then I will just purchase a new one in which I did. Then as I was walking away another employee yelled my name and waved a label at me saying " here's you label in case you would like a refill later" and giggled. I normally do Mobile orders but went through the line expecting to do a refill. Not only was it humiliating but also wasted my limited lunch time since I was on break. Needless to say I will no longer frequent this location.
Every single mobile and in-person order that I have placed at this Starbucks has been wrong. In person, the baristas are rude and short and do not take the time to even listen to the order. For mobile orders, each time I've said that a mistake has been made I am met with irritation and no apologies. I thought mobile orders were meant to save time? Perhaps a tall americano really just is too much of an inconvenience.
Don't order any coffee here. They will serve you a cup of blown colored water, and you can't taste coffee flavor.
The only place where they put the sugar and cream by themselves and obviously they don't stir it, this is not a real Starbucks......
the girl at the cash register was so rude and a stupid. very slow and had to wait a long time for a bad result
I had a disappointing experience at Starbucks. The coffee was cold, and the service was unfriendly. I won't be returning to the 48400 Seminole Dr K102, Cabazon, CA 92230, USA location.
I had high hopes for Starbucks, but they fell short. The coffee was lackluster, and the pastries were stale. The overall experience was disappointing, and I won't be returning.
Starbucks at 48400 Seminole Dr K102, Cabazon, CA 92230, USA is a coffee lover's paradise. From the moment I stepped inside, the intoxicating aroma of freshly roasted coffee beans enveloped me. It was a sensory delight that set the stage for what turned out to be an exceptional coffee experience. I opted for their house blend, and I was blown away by the depth of flavor. The coffee had a perfect balance of brightness and richness, and it left a lingering, pleasant aftertaste. It was evident that the beans were sourced with care, and the barista's skill in brewing them was undeniable. The ambiance at Starbucks was equally impressive. The café was bathed in soft, natural light, making it an ideal spot for a leisurely morning coffee or a quiet afternoon of work. The minimalist décor and comfortable seating added to the overall charm. What truly stood out, though, was the friendly and attentive staff. The baristas were not only skilled in their craft but also passionate about coffee. They were more than happy to chat about the different brewing methods, offer recommendations, and even share anecdotes about the origins of the coffee beans. Starbucks is more than just a coffee shop; it's an experience. Whether you're a coffee connoisseur or simply in search of a cozy, welcoming spot to enjoy a cup of joe, this place has you covered. It has earned a permanent spot on my list of favorite coffee spots, and I can't wait to return.

The barista expertly crafted the shot, and the result was a perfect balance of boldness and smoothness. It was a coffee experience that transported me to a place of pure bliss, and I couldn't help but appreciate the skill and dedication that went into it. The staff at Starbucks were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the different coffee beans they had on offer and even recommended some of their personal favorites. My visit to Starbucks was an adventure in taste. The macchiato was a perfect balance of espresso and milk, and the cozy corner by the window made it even more enjoyable. This place has my heart.
