I looove ALL the staff, just wish it were cleaner outside so I could enjoy my coffee without flies all over my face and drink. 😔

We love Starbucks...especially my 6y/o ...she loves the Cake Pops, Squid Cookies (she has been bummed do to not hasving any lately) and Her Vanilla Bean Frappe...always clean and friendly..Very helpful Crew

Love Starbucks and a busy Starbucks is a indicator from quality of drink to service. however this location is in grave red of additional personal. I waited for 20 minutes with only two (2) employees. One taking orders as the 2nd worker “appeared to be a. Novice as the girl working the cash register had to assist a guy that was in over his head. I wouldn’t be surprised if he cried and quite. Starbucks has to staff their stores never make a customer wait more than 5-7 minutes
I have to admit the Mocha was perfect ,the store was clean and the 2 employees were both kind and working under difficult circumstances. Now if the Manager staffed correctly. 100%

I don't visit this particular Starbucks much but it's a very impressive Starbucks. They are fast and efficient. The Batista was amazing because it was really crowded but he never missed a beat. I was impressed and the coffee was soooo good.

Lot's of parking, great costumer service.
Good place to study but no for big study groups they have two chair tables inside only.

Barista was very friendly and knowledgeable. Special order drinks were delicious. However, all the trash cans inside and out were overflowing onto ground. Property was littered with trash. Can't imagine what restrooms might have looked like. I won't go back to that location.

This is the only place that does my caramel latte perfect! Could use some better customer service and a bigger place it's way too crowded in there. But very yummy drinks!

The place is busy, if you don't want to wait this is not the Starbucks for you. There is always a line.

When purchasing an additional drink after ordering online, don't tell the girl ringing you up. You will get a lecture from the guy behind the counter telling you, your in the wrong place, and if you say, "I was putting in another order," he will respond with, "well next time remember" and not nicely either because you just broker his favorite coffee mug.

MOST everyone else there is friendly, but you can tell they are overwhelmed because of the traffic going through that location. If you aren't regular enough for them to know your name, it doesn't matter anyway.

The coffee though, which honestly for $5 a cup is why we go, is good (a little soapy tasting sometimes) but good. Is it worth what we pay for it, no but when you have a free drink, no kids, and it is 8 am on a Sunday, you go and get your coffee which would taste just as good from the gas station these days.

The area tends to attract a lot of homeless and it's so small. No drive-thru and customer service is not that great. Sorry, but just being honest.

Fast but busy. No drive thru and if too many people are inside it will get cramped. They are fast though and will knock out orders to get that crowd down. Tip them if you have a chance.

Busy coffee house but there's no reason for incompetence. Cashier took correct multiple order but I walked out with a cup holder tray with the wrong drinks & when I arrived at my destination, other people's names were on the cups. Not only messed up my own order but 3 others as well. Tried calling multiple times with no success. NO ANSWERS!!!!!!!!!!!
