It's a Starbucks.

They are keeping to the usual standard. The only critique I have is they don't list all the ingredients in the food they sell. Being lactose intolerant it's annoying when cheese isn't listed. But honestly that's a small complaint.

The staff was helpful and friendly. Greeted me with a hello and good morning.

I always go here in between classes, staff is friendly also. the place can get really packed however & theres limited seating. The only reason ive deducted a star is because theyve messed up my order more often than not, but since its packed i dont really blame em for messing up a thing or two.

I was a regular at this store for more than five years. Always packed when classes are in session. Best thing to do is to use the mobile app. Awesome customer service despite high volume. Amanda, the manager, is super nice and friendly. The best barista works at this store. His drinks come out picture perfect and he's got a great personality. You guys rock! Sorry I won't be able to see you guys any more as I no longer work in the area.

I absolutely love this particular Starbucks on University. The Trenta Ice Coffee is balanced perfectly with a nutty taste.

They have the best coffee &breakfast good setting nice service plus plenty of room to sit outside,while the weather is still good.

I don't live in Riverside but I was passing by so I decided to stop by to get a hazelnut frappucino. There was a long wait, but yes I understand that it often happens. I ordered two hazelnut frappucinos and usually they ask you for the size or if you want whipped cream on it. Well this time she didn't even bother asking and she was going to charge me for a Grande so I clarify I wanted two venti hazelnut frappucinos. She saw my card on my hand and said do you have chip? If not swipe it without even telling me the total. I actually had a gift card so she took my card to charge me. And then she was like ok your good. I just moved out of the way and waited about 10 minutes for the drinks. When I gave my husband his frappucino he said, "eew what did you get me, it's so gross?" I told him that it the hazelnut frappucino. He said it tastes so gross. I thought he was exaggerating bc mine tasted fine until we got back on the road that I tasted his. It really was gross.. I called a local Starbucks by my house and they said I had to go back to where I got it. That meant driving 20 minutes back. My husband said forget it. And tossed $6 into the trash.

Bad customer service. One machine doesn't work so they make you wait twice as much. They dont know what they are doing. Very slow at making the drink, as they talk instead. They question themselves, dont know how much change they are giving. It gets worse. They helped customers behind me first. Worse Starbucks experience.

The wait can become a bit of a hassle with all of the fellow students around but I'd say it's a much better choice than going to coffee bean on campus. The staff here is very nice and patient. The tables are kept clean and so is everything else.

There is a great staff here--the location is crazy busy, but they get people through the line quickly and accurately. I wish there were more places to sit though--it's always packed in here.

This Starbucks is nice but it's hard to find tables to sit at sometimes.

Friendly staff! The drink was great and accurate and came out fast
