Its a place were I feel welcomed most of the time the baristas are always very helpful the only con is the random people who come in other than that it's good

It was fast service as there was a lot of people. The people were kind and happy to serve me.

Customer service is great. The design and location are an inconvenience especially with traffic in the morning with "interesting" drivers. Starbucks gets my kudos, their developer gets a yellow card. Make the parking lot larger.

Come here early morning before 6 and I always get service with a smile. I'm not even awake yet and they're out here smiling and giving it there all. Starbucks better be compensating these people good money. Can't give it full stars cus they won't let me say my name is Tom Hanks.

It's Starbucks! Good looking building in the heart of San Bernardino! Always busy here but, never have they gotten my order wrong. This location just needs to keep up with cleaning the lobby more often.

The staff is so friendly. They have literally watch my kids grow up. It's very warm and inviting.

There are a lot of homeless people around the area. They even come into the cafe to ask for money. During its busy hours (3pm) there are not many places to sit because people take their laptops and stay for hours. The staff are nice but they can be slow sometimes.

My first time at this starbucks, I am pleased I was greeted with smile from Kim who took are order. Thanks Kim we enjoyed. Violet drink

Nice place, good music! Power sockets are available. Be ready for staff/police raid kick out, if you are not "customer") Toilets are locked.

I love this Starbucks :) most of the baristas know me by name and I always am getting quality service at this location. The line can sometimes be pretty long but if you use the mobile order from the Starbucks app, the experience is all the better. Would recommend this location 👌

Just did a mobile order and they are closed inside. Had to go thru the drive thru to get it.

If your sign on the door says you close at 6 then at 5:30 you shouldn't be locked up. Thank goodness I was able to cancel my mobile order because instead of the employees coming to the door to maybe explain why they were closed early they all stood around and stared at me. I usually don't have a problem with this Starbucks but unfortunately this is the second time that this has happened.

Very efficient, polite, courteous. Nice clean coffee house. The aroma greets you as you first open the door. Very tidy all the time, clean restroom, happy workers always up beat.
