The service is very slow here. It took more than 15 minutes to get two lattes and it was not crowded at all. In the process of this review we received our drinks. They gave us a free upgrade for the wait, hence 3 stars instead of 2.

The stars are for Candace (hope I spelled her name right,she had short blonde hair) ,when I walked in she was the only one to acknowledge me. One older blonde dude just looked at me and kept walking. Am I expecting back flips for me? No, but a smile or a "hi...or welcome to starbucks or someone will be right with you"...but as soon as Candace saw me she was very polite and I am glad she was the only one to help me , because she was amazing and so helpful!

the two refershers we got were good, but the frap we got was extremey icey and hard to drink. if you go here and get a frap, ask for double blended.

Never had bad product here until yesterday. Venti frapp tasted very diluted/watery. I would have brought it back and complained but was mobile order picked up at drive thru and I was tight on time. If I'm going to wait through their slow-moving line I'm going to move to the 6th street store. Have had nothing but great product AND friendly service there.

Very friendly and fast staff. The guy behind the counter was talkative and told us about sales in the store :)

I stumbled upon Starbucks while wandering around 31364 Yucaipa Blvd, Yucaipa, CA 92399, USA, and what a delightful discovery! The rustic charm of the interior paired with the rich aroma of freshly ground coffee beans was an instant mood lifter. The barista recommended their house blend, and it was a smooth, flavorful journey in a cup. The only downside was the slightly cramped seating, but with coffee this good, I'm willing to overlook it.,Starbucks,31364 Yucaipa Blvd, Yucaipa, CA 92399, USA
