Went there last night and after helping the guy in front of me the clerk starts to prep the store for the next day for about five minutes. Then she takes my order, and once again starts preping the store with people standing behind me. Not to mention, one clerk was already cleaning up, so she could have prep the items. I understand that you want to get off on time but that's just how it is when you perform certain jobs. Customers should be the first priority, but someone forgot to give that Starbucks the memo.

Keep in mind that this Starbucks is operated by Target and not Starbucks, so the issues are with Target, not Starbucks. This location is inside the store, so you must walk in. They are always short staffed, so it takes forever to get your order. There has been numerous times when there was only one person there, you place an order, that person makes it, then they help the next customer. If there is more than two or three people in line forget it. The food selection is okay, but they lack many items due to the small size of the location. I go there if I have the extra time and shipping at Target, but there is not my goto location. On the bright side, the staff is amazing, never got an order wrong, and are always friendly. That alone is the only reason I'm willing to go here.

Out of all the Starbucks in Moreno Valley, this place by far brews the best pike place!

Friday, 5/13/16; stood in line at 3:03 p.m. and there were ten customers ahead. There seem to be only one barista making and taking drink orders. Magically, another barista appeared to take orders and run the cash register. Finally, ordered my green tea Frappuccino at 3:22 p.m. Received drink at 3:39 p.m. When I inquired where the manager was, Luz seem annoyed and in others words, like saying "go F yourself." The things we put up for half price Frappuccinos during not so Happy Hours.

Starbucks left me disappointed. The coffee was subpar, and the pastries were stale. I won't be giving the 27100 Eucalyptus Ave, Moreno Valley, CA 92555, USA location another chance.
