I go just about every weekend and every one my servers have been very frierdly and have gotten my order right at the Starbucks dow nt own San Bernardino

I go here almost everyday. Robyn and Twylla are always friendly and in my opinion this Starbucks makes better coffee than most. I have also seen the staff deal with difficult customers but did so in a very professional and courteous manner...

I recently I had the most pleasant experience at this Starbucks location. I was greeted by Michael and he was such a sweat heart. He was very kind and made ordering actually fun. I have visited so many Starbucks locations and Michael made the best Starbucks drink I have ever had. I have been to lots of locations and I just might officially make this my go to location. This place has always been friendly and attentive, but I just had to finally write a review. If you're live near the area, definitely come here. If don't live close to this area, still come here. You will be glad that you did!

I didn't get the name of the barista that helped me but he was really cool and made it fun. Probably the best Starbucks I've been too. I've only been here twice and each time the staff was really nice and fun!

From register to pickup, this location has excellent staff. Very friendly, very attentive, I was greeted immediately upon walking in. Waiting in line, I was very impressed with how clean the place was, and there was someone out making sure the lobby area was wiped down and tidy. The staff were having fun with customers, you could tell that the regulars here were having a great time. My Cold brew was exactly as ordered, and is probably the best one I've ever had at Starbucks. It's got great options, of course it's better to have a gift card and sign up for rewards.However, it is kinda tight, with a couple of tables and not a lot of chairs.

This Starbucks tends to be a little more packed with it due to the college crowd. Since there is limited seating, and no real good outside options, it serves its purpose in getting coffee to you in a timely matter with excellent service. The ambience is always loud, which is a little.different than what I'm used to. Still, the staff show expertise when dealing with the crowds.

I usually have good customer service. I was there a few weeks ago and the girls were too busy talking to complete my order they gave me my coffee but I had to order the sandwich as well and I stood there they looked at me like can I help you why are you still standing there did totally forgot about my food because they're too busy talking

Just left. Asked for a white chocolate hot cocoa, got a white mocha and I don't drink coffee. A waste of a drink. But the location and service was great. Accuracy was off though and now I'm drink less. 👎😣
