As far as Starbucks go, this place is ok. Unfortunately I've had mistakes in my order more than once and I've seen other locations work a little more efficiently during busy times.

Unfortunately not a lot of options in the area and when it is busy, service suffers greatly since they can not handle it. Was watching my cup in line on a busy day and was soon to be serviced and it accidentally gets knocked off on to the floor. I watched the guy place a replacement cup at the back of the line. I made a comment about it and the guy argued that it was not the case. It was. I always leave a generous tip, but not again there. Poor customer service. GoldMember too.

It was nice to actually see that the staff had made personal connections with their everyday customers, a rare trait when it comes to starbucks.

I made three order then I had to change two of them because they did not listen to me carefully as I made the order at the drive through

I come here while my pup is getting groomed. I drink and read and relax usually in comfort. It's hard to be comfortable when some people literally take up the comfortable soft chairs for hours and hours and I'm relegated to a hard seat. It's like this at every SB. The service here is friendly.

Tea a simple thing right but here you have choices. Less water. More ice. Flavor. Large or seriously large. What kind of tea. Hot or cold. It's all good but don't hold up the line. They have the patience of a saint to work here with newbies!!! First real ordering experience done. Ready for next one. Go team California!!!! Well done.

As a real estate agent I visit this Starbucks often to meet with my clients. The staff is always friendly, the store is always clean, and they've never messed up my order! it's the perfect quiet spot to meet clients for coffee.

How difficult is it to review a Starbucks location?!?!? There are so many of them, that the only way to distinguish is if one of them is unique in some good or bad way. This particular store is staffed by the courteous professionals we've all come to know as the Starbucks "Baristas", has an average selection of merchandise, and the same menu as all other stores nationwide. Suggestions: a) More comfy chairs (four at present) and b) Stock more of the sandwiches that sell out fast. If you get here after 1pm you can forget about getting the top 2 or 3 in-demand food items.

Good drinks - they always spell your name wrong. The staff always seems over-worked and slightly sullen. Clean facilities.
