Love the staff! My regular order is the bullet proof coffee, Starbucks never fails to prepare my drink accurately, much appreciated.

Best Starbucks in the city of Ontario.

A barista by the name of Melissa let me charge my phone so I can call someone when i was locked out of my home it was the happiest moment of my life I can never thank her enough

Can get SUPER busy in the mornings during the week. I waited about 45 minutes. I had to cancel my order and couldn't get my drinks or else I would have been late to work. Give yourself plenty of time if you plan to go beforre work

Went through the drive through which had 7 cars. Took awhile which was ok however when we pulled up to get our drinks we were told they were out of one of the main ingredients for our drinks. We should of been told this when we ordered our drinks. Cashier was not real friendly either. Real disappointed

Great coffee at a great price. I like the skinny lattes they serve. I also like my hot drinks cooled down to 'kids temp' and they have no problem with it. The people here are really nice and employees remember your !

Would be nice if ordering ahead on the app meant I didn't have to remind the employees to make my drink

This location was quick when it came to service and priced like most other locations. Nothing out of the ordinary here.

Pretty good Starbucks! The drive-thru is always busy so I go inside. It's always faster inside. Other than that service is great and it's nice and clean.

I was there at around 10:30pm. I ordered a decaf coffee I was told they have to brew it at the moment and it was going to take 7 minutes to brew. I waited almost 15 minutes. The girl brewing the coffee forgot cause she was more interested in personal conversation with her coworkers.

Parking lot arrangement is horrible - drive up blocks cars into spaces - and they're slow. It's nearly impossible to get through there after 7am.

Stuck in drive thru for 15 minutes and they managed to get my order wrong twice
