Service is generally terrible but not quite enough to give it 1 star. Today I walked in and found the long table at the center which accounts for approximately 30% of their seating, completely covered by an employee setting up an ad poster. Do that stuff before or after hours but at 12 noon??? Not a smart time.

Third time in a row that I've made a mobile order and not only was my order not ready well after the suggested wait time, but they took all that time and then decided to tell me they were out of one of the things I ordered. Also paid extra for additional blueberries and again they've only given me one. The whole point of mobile orders is generally because one is in a hurry and wants to grab and go.

Service is great, the staff are as fast and friendly as any coffee shop can be. Welcoming environment, drive thru is always busy, but it's to be expected.

This is the one Starbucks that I have not had to complain about. I have received the best service and items PURCHASED. If it wasn't what I wanted they have happily remade it.

This Starbucks locations is well kept and clean. The service staff and baristas work hard and make a gray cup of coffee. Restrooms are clean which is important to me. they have free wifi and a huge parking lot.

I was very pleased with this Starbucks...They were very busy, but service was quick, friendly, and efficient. We had quite a large order, we even bought a bag of coffee beans...had them ground, and it didn't hold up our order in the last. I was quite impressed overall with this visit. Ontario, California does not have enough Starbucks on this side of the city. It really needs to consider putting more establishments over on the west side of Ontario

At one point, this location would have gotten a 5 star rating from me. But lately when my wife and I come in for service, we're having to wait longer than even customers who order after us. That just doesn't seem right, especially for long standing customers as we are. Also, they always seem to be "sold out" of any featured item.

Nothing really special about this one. Seating available outside. A little crowded on a Monday evening. Good service and was still able to get my Cafe Vanilla Frappuccino!

Rushed and got there at 9:50pm and they were all ready closed. Lights were all off and the only person inside was walking out. And I was happy to have made it just before closing. Oh well

I came into Starbucks because I needed to get out of the house. This place is like a sanctuary and I love it here its a joy to be apart of the community. I dont usualy buy coffee at Starbucks instead I have water to stay hydrated. Plus being at home is not like this. Different and unique and thats why I both enjoy and love it so much. Purchased my reusable cup so I can save on my refills.... every dollar counts. Nice staff. I always enjoy my visits.
