I would say that when ever I order on mobile order they take more de 13 min. To get ready my thing even do I walk ing the never have my things ready , is it mobile order has to be ready by then I get to the store? Or they also had my my order but the employees prefer be talking to each other than do what they have to do her not all of them are the same some are skillful they do what they have to do , but o men this others should be the same I know that they have there time for each order but not even ok.

Have great outdoor patio for outside enjoyment. Also has a drive thru for convienen and public internet access

My mobile order took over 10 mins because it wasn't received. Usually I go through drive thru and it's usually pretty fast.

With all their employees they have there, I still experience a wait. Its usually a nice visit regardless.

This location has fast service and drink accuracy. An overall great location.

Terrible. Made all the drinks out of order and doesn't call out names. One barista made multiple vanilla beans and just threw them all out didn't call a name, so my drink got taken by someone else. Had a party of 3 and waited about Forty minutes for the last drink to be called, and customers who ordered after me had their complete orders before me.

This Starbucks was just OK when we visited. We'd give it four stars for that, but it's in Riverside. Businesses in that city automatically lose one star just for being there.

So slow slow but they try to be nice if you look like your white anything else they give you that look like what else do you want . Did not feel comfortable here maybe if I was white washed

They were terrific! The cast was amazing and helpful. I recommend this location for anyone!

BOYCOTTING!!! Only Starbucks out of all I have been consistent with for the last 15 years that has failed so much!! Have been a VERY disappointed the last few visits! Just not well organized, walk-in service is just not good. Gave benefit of doubt a few times and they are just not cutting it. Had quit this location for about a month and thought I'd give it a try at drive-thru, awful, done here!! Asked for a HOT venti Americano, server came to window with an Iced, told her not correct drink, she said, "that's right HOT." Yet she reacted like I was at fault and rudely walked away, came back five minutes later with (scalding) HOT Americano, SUPER HOT even through coffee collar, handed it to me and walked away. I was time constrained and not in the mood to confront the situation by going in, just sending a complaint to their CS, for all the good that will do, location has no hope in my opinion!!

This Starbucks is packed or dead. Depends on the time of day. Their service is great. The people are always nice and hard working.
