Spent over 13.00 on two drinks, Barista only got one right, the other drink she served with the Macciato liquid all over the top... sloppy service to say the least.

This place is so unprofessional unprepared its a shame its just coffee not astrophysics. They had staff in at 6am with locked doors. Just looking at me like as i try to open to door no one had the balls to say were understaffed and can you please wait. I had to call and get the 🏃 around on why they not open when it say that you open at 5 am please put a note on the door but that level of bs im not only done here im good on the whole thang all i ever wanted was cold brew no water no ice which you have only 15% of the time how dose a coffee shop 🏃 out of coffee lol

Always running out of ingredients to make drinks. Always takes over 10mins for your drink, even if you were first in line.

Low quality coffee, I'll go to any Starbucks but this one. Anyone who says differently isn't a real customer.

Amazing coffee! Got my coffee right away, and it was very hot and fresh. Tipped them 5 bucks cash and they were very thankful.

I used to brag about this, my neighborhood location, all the time; great coffee, ALWAYS friendly service, and wicked FAST service! But I guess all good things must come to an end. The service is still mostly friendly, but decidedly often distracted (and no, not by the job), and has become so slow that in order to plan a stop before work, I need to double my travel time. This breaks my heart, as I love a good cup in the morning. Please guys, pick it up, and make it again the second happiest place on the earth! Nothing would make me happier than giving you five stars again.

My usual stop coming and going from Las Vegas for the last 3 years. The staff always seem friendly. The location is always a bit chaotic and unclean. Drinks seem to be made to par based on Starbucks standards. The wait time is always a guessing game but usually on the longer side. 3 employees working and 2 simple drinks ordered (ice tea and iced coffee) should not require 15 minutes especially when nobody else is waiting.

On the way home from picking up my youngest daughter and grandsons, I decided to stop at the Starbucks at Kendall & Palm in Devore.
My youngest grandson Kyle wanted a chocolate milk... to let you know, my grandson Kyle is Autistic, so just ordering chocolate milk is not an easy task...LOL!!!
We had to explain to the Barista that we needed it with chocolate but not too much chocolate and it had to be warm but not too warm, just above cold! No whip cream. We also explained why.
The person who I assume was the supervisor stepped up and said he would personally make the drinks. He made my Grandsons first and had him try it to make sure it was okay.
It was PERFECT!!! My grandson was happy and had no complaints! I couldn't thank him enough for being so friendly and accommodating to my grandson!!!
It's very rare when you find people that are willing to be the very best at what they do and they certainly did!!! 😊

Always friendly staff very popular drive through so usually go in. Small inside though.
