Typical Starbucks experience. The app made finding the store easy as well as paying for our order.

Worst place ever, the worst service you can get, they close whenever they please, change hours however they like.
placed order online noone could just come up to the door and tell me the f**ked up taking my order please call customer service for a refund, i would have done that then....but instead they would just say "no" and look away! called them on the phone, the guy said i can make your drink but you have to wait 20 minutes until 11 that we leave, so how are u closed at 10:34 pm but will give me my drink at 11:00 when you leave? rudly hanging up, and talking to me like if im begging for foor, i had paid for my drink!
never experienced anything like this two girls and one guy and noone came to talk and explain anythin.

A bit dirty place. More then other stores I have been. Staff was nice. Coffee below the already low Starbucks flavor.

Nice place, I don't drink their coffee or eat their food because of their political views but I came here for a meeting and it was very nice, very well kept and clean. the customer service was great...

This store has everything, drive through, inside seating & patio seating. Close to 57/60 N/S freeway Grand Ave on & off ramps. It is in same shopping center as target in a 3 unit building with T-Mobile & a new food place called Jimmy John's sandwiches. Enter from Lavender off of Golden Springs, take first left & it will be immediately on your left. The crew here are very, very nice, especially GEOFF!

They are always fast and service is always good. But the are CONSTANTLY OUT of everything. If it's not drink carriers, its Sweet N Low, or it's the right lid, or today it was peach tranquility tea. It's always something. Just order more of everything, obviously this is a busy location.

I changed my rating because I come today 1/25 and now they're out of bags at 1:30. Really people?!

Poorly managed! Run out of regular brew at 7am Sat morning. Then got my order wrong!
