Update: For those having trouble finding this store, the new address (4365) is across the street from the old location. The old address (4275) is now a T-mobile store. I've tried moving the pin and updating the address on Google Maps several times... but apparently Google doesn't trust a decently leveled, coffee-addicted, local guide.
A bit of a wait here sometimes, with the college rush as classes let out, but the staff is friendly, orders are accurate & the drinks are good.
Edit: Originally said parking lot gets crazy with high traffic, but not really the stores fault... Starbucks had a new building constructed, across the street from the original location - with a wrap-around drive thru and much bigger (read: more easily accessible than the last) parking lot! Yay!
This new Starbucks is amazing and awesome!! Tons of spots to sit and places to charge👏🙌A lovely Starbucks experience ❤️💛💚My favorite drink is the pineapple black tea. It’s seriously heaven on earth!
Big place but no cold brew ever just left 30 mins they said they have it on tap lol yea right i went in 3 times in the am to the we are all out for the rest of the day.... But you just opened get out of here ......
Same environment Starbucks and fast service. Only thing there was a girl there with some attitude....but idc. I'll give it right back with an extra shot of f*** you. Ha!
These guys are awesome! First time I've ever had to take advantage of the bad drink policy, LOL! James remade my drink after i explained my situation and did it with a smile on his face! Thank you for being such a great customer service business.
Much better... customer service has gone better and the wait time has lessen.
Starbucks is my to go place. Although some are better than others. This particular one was just okay. The cashier left in the middle of my order, to talk to her co-worker. I didn't like that idea. All in all Starbucks is a good place.
This place tells paying customers that they have to leave to smoke. The security moves you if you don't park in the right place. Many, many cars have been towed. But the homeless are allowed to sit at the tables and bother customers with there arguments, drug fits and cursing. The homeless have trashed up the hill and parking lot. The homeless aren't asked to leave. The security guards sit and chill with the homeless. But the paying customers get has led for this and that. Wow.....
All of the employees at this particular Starbucks, are the greatest...I'm always greeted by my name a positive attitude and a smile...James,Ariana,Amira,Steven,Briana. Stephanie,Salinda, and all of the others...YOU ROCK !! Bud
I don't too often drink coffee, but when I do it's more than likely it's from Starbucks. Pretty pricey but well worth every cent spent
Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of seating indoor and out. Clean and quiet environment.
The original Phil location has a more laid back San Bernardino, CA from the old days feel to it. More like the college hangout coffee shop than the Tech biz casual the of the other locations.Enjoying jazz and the outdoor forest feel of the potted plants and painted trees.Antique looking tables and mismatched chairs feel well worn with a lot of character and history. For first timers, be sure to get in line at the far end of the bench to put your order in before paying.
