Best Starbucks ever!!! Michelle and Sarah r literally the best barista's around!!! In the morning you can always count on Michelle to greet u with a smile and a "Good morning", n to top it off she remembers your order, mainly because she has taken the time to ask you (during previous trips) exactly how u want ur drink made down to the perfect amount of caramel drizzle!! Sarah too will make u feel like this Starbucks is your second home, she takes the time to get to know you along with your kids. Literally my daughter calls Sarah her "Best friend". Seriously recommend this Starbucks above all others.

Always fast service and great staff. Only down fall is there is no drive thru so sometimes wait times are long. The baristas make the best drinks Here!

This place has been my second office for almost three years now while I work on my Bachelor's Degree.

The Barista's are very friendly, they get to know the regulars and have amazing work ethic throughout their shifts from what I observe.

I've never had a mistake made with an order and enjoy the same consistency time and time again.

This place is almost always busy and a good place to meet, study or get some work done.

Oh... one more thing... I've been to other local Starbucks with terribly uncomfortable chairs... this is not one of those places! People, including myself, can comfortably spend a few hours here.

I of course love Starbucks, except for the co-ed bathrooms. I am taking one star away from this one because one of the two co-ed bathrooms has been on the fritz for several days, and while the staff is keeping the other one clean it makes things difficult to have just one bathroom for everyone. This Starbucks, rather than the one in Jurupa Valley, has been my "office" for awhile because it is a more convenient location for my husband to get his Lyft rides. That does mean a higher-density neighborhood though. I also have to take one star away from the business because it is in the City of Riverside. 8.75 sales tax and a few other bad policies.

I'm not sure why the protein snack had brown apples but the coffee is always great.

Full disclosure, I am not a fan of Starbucks. This one was fine, but Starbucks coffee is just bad and over roasted. Can I give 2.5 stars here??

Great service, the best in the area, this is by far my favorite Starbucks shop. The workers are always in a very good mood, they always greet costumers with a smile.

Really friendly staff, they always get my order right and if they can if the lines not out the door they do their best to get to know their guests. Everything is always wonderful when I visit!
