The service is great the wait is a little long some times but over all is good.

short staffed the last 3 times that I've been there. All are scrambling to help, but 10-12 minutes for a regular cup of coffee because there's none ready is poor management. Giving me a free coffee doesn't fix the ongoing problem.

I ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS PLACE. The workers are rude and snobby think there better then you, and when they get your drink wrong they're upset that you want them to remake it. Also they flash the lights on and off to tell people they are closing, which is not professional. They kick everyone out at 10:15 update your hours. Management has done a terrible job. Today will be my last time going here. I love the star bucks in Sierra lakes it is the best by far I stay in rialto, but I would rather drive 10 minutes compared to 3 to get better service. Something has to change.

I have given this place multiple visits to see if maybe they have done something about the employees and their work ethic, however after this last visit I am fed up. I am extremely disappointed in the management whom decided to hire these work with nasty attitudes and poor communication skills. To get my drink it took over 10 minutes and please keep in mind they had no cars in the drive threw and only 1 person in front of me that ordered one drink, and even when they gave me my order WRONG they got upset when I asked them to remake it. I waitied another 20 minutes and had to get up and once they saw me they remembered they forgot to make the drink then made it in a hurry. Lastly they close the store early by over 30 minutes everyday. They need to either update their store hours posted on the door or have a conversation with the employees whom close the store.

I come here about once every other week. The baristas already know me by name. They are so nice. They will do and re-do your order until you are happy. The girls are on the hunt here. There is a lot of eye contact by them and they really make it clear that this is a great place to meet new people. There are very few homeless people that come by and that smoke outside. But they are friendly and don't stick around for too long.

Starbucks is a nice calm place to get coffee or a snack it's also a nice place to sit down and do homework or work

Drive through packed but it's Friday morning so everyone should bring their patience! Staff always pleasant and answers all questions (even from senior citizens who have no idea what they want on a Friday morning) !

Absolutely worst Starbucks. The store is always a mess, the baristas appear miserable and overworked. This store always seems to be understaffed. Drive thru waits tend to be 20 minutes. Why can't management get it together in this location? Is it so difficult to adjust your labor to the demand? Starbucks needs to take a good look at other establishments and learn from better (and cheaper) alternatives.

I have had the best experiences at this Starbucks. Reason why, the staff is really nice, patient and thoughtful. I recommend coming to this location. Blessings!

Like any other starbucks. The milkshakes my girlfriend and I got were great tasting. Only minus is that the table's wireless charging pads weren't working. Good place to study.

I love their service. Debbie is one of the BEST BATISTA (she is kind, has agreat personality nd very carrying)and BRENDAN (always has a smile)

Warm and cozy.. until employee start to pickup chairs and tables on top of others to avoid people sit down.. other things.. is they supposed close at 11:pm but they throw people out and close doors at 10:30pm..
