Had great service. Friendly barrista who made a really good peach infused ice tea with lemonade. It was my first time there, but I noticed many apparent regulars coming in and she always greeted them by name and chatted with them.

Place is filthy the service was terrible and I mean terrible. All tables are dirty chairs are dirty and the patio looks like a homeless hang out. Trash and stuff. The staff was so unfriendly and I mean unfriendly. I waited 3 minutes before I was greeted.

I go to this starbucks 3/4 times a week, they are great. Friendly service. They make an effort to remember your drinks too. Even if you change it up. I like when they notice things like that. It makes you want to keep coming back. Keep up the great service.

As a medical rep, I order as many as 18 drinks in one visit. I have visited a few Starbucks locations which the crew is unfriendly and resentful looking of my business. Not here! Very friendly and professional each visit! Thank you!

Eventhough I am not a coffee drinker, I frequent this Starbucks often when in Montclair with my husband working on business items on my laptop. The employees are by far extremely personable, accommodating and just pure sweethearts.

I ordered a grande cappuccino with 4 raw sugars, extra dry no milk.

I received a full cup of coffee, I asked for it to be remade, specifying NO MILK, EXTRA DRY.

I watch the barista pour out my drink, using the same cup, begins pouring milk into my cup.
No manager, just 2 children pretending to be working.

I won't be back
