Starbucks in the Carlsbad premium outlets is the best one I love to go to, the workers there always have a up beat attitude.

If you're black, brown or any other ethnicity you can count on waiting about 15 minutes for a cup of coffee while the superior race gets served first. But at least you get to enjoy the free WiFi right? Guess that makes up for it!

I have mixed experiences at this place. Some of the employees here are incredibly nice and friendly - others, not so much. I used my mobile app to order my free drink for starbucks rewards once and when I went to pick it up, the woman making it seemed to be griping and mumbling about how the drink was "difficult" - i dont think she realized I was the one who ordered it because I was standing right there while she was complaining about it to her coworker at the register. If I'm going to get a free drink, sorry, but I'm going to add as much as I can to that drink to get my money's worth. Anyway - It's not like adding a couple shots and some caramel drizzle is difficult, anyway. Another time that I went, I tried to pay for my drinks and their register system wouldn't take my payment so it took about 15 extra minutes and I was almost late to work. Although, this isn't factored into my rating because that wasn't any of the employees' faults, Starbucks just needs better register technology.

This store is a training store, so there are often new people, but the folks who have been there a while always remember me and give the newbies the heads up about what I like to drink. Definitely a neighborhood friendly coffee spot!

Starbucks is a hidden treasure in 790 Sycamore Ave A, Vista, CA 92083, USA. The coffee is rich and flavorful, and their pastries are a delightful accompaniment. The staff's warmth makes you feel like a cherished guest.
