The workers here are horrible. Extremely rude. I buy Starbucks everyday & have no problem with other locations but seems like every time I come to this location I have a problem. Very poor customer service skills. Employee Val in particular was extremely rude. I will definitely be filing a complaint.

I ordered a Carmel macchiato and specifically asked them to add 3 pumps vanilla and 3 pumps toffee nut basically to half and half it but they did not do it now my coffee is not what I wanted I also ordered a double bacon cheddar sandwich it was hard like a rock how is any one supposed to eat that 😔 then to top it off they took for ever with my order and the customers that ordered after me got out before me and one guy ordered more stuff then me this Starbucks sucks but it’s the only one close to my work please address the issues so we can be happy again 💔

I like the fast drive-through service.
I like the quick walk-in service.
I like the wireless cell phone charging.
I like the hot beverages.
I like the staff who pays attention to detail.
I don't like the high prices.
But overall, I like Starbucks! 😀

Starbucks is always great, but this location will have you driving in circles if you're not familiar with the area. Cannot see sign from main streets due to trees covering the building. Also, GPS the address and it takes you somewhere else!

I love the wireless charging pads they have on the tables and I got my drinks super fast 😄

Very nice and efficient staff but they need more employees as it's always busy.

So the service at this particular Starbucks has some issues. First off, the employees appear less than enthusiastic to be there. This is evidenced by the fact that they seem less than friendly and do not follow simple instructions (i.e., no sweetener, no water, room temp, etc.). Nothing worse than a disengaged employee in a "customer service" position. I can honestly say without exaggerating that my drinks are almost always wrong. They have issues with food orders as well. Today (7/13/17) was no exception. Ordered a Venti Black Tea with no sweetener and a double smoked bacon sandwich which I requested to be double toasted. I got my order and I began my commute to work. Got about a block away when I realized my drink was sweetened. The printed label said no sweetener AND no water. I never asked for concentrated black tea. I had to turn around and take it back otherwise I would've spent money on something I can't drink. The sandwich I ordered was still cold in the middle. Typical for this location - which is the reason why I asked for it to be double toasted. Either re-train your employees, fix the oven, the speakers or the headset ....WHATEVER! Something's gotta give. The level of service at this location is unacceptable. I shouldn't have to return so they can do it right the second time, nor should I have to suck it up and let it go.

Drive-thru and lobby open till late. Good place to get your coffee in early morning.
