Well
I like this one until today, they speed is low, they management is not satisfying, no preparation for Thanksgiving, Starbucks quality supposed to be same everywhere, at least here in Irvine customer likes them stand up among other competitions.

SUNDAY 09/24: Beware of this place.seems that Jess (one of the crew) Blame me for other people stuff that left over,

It is not proper respond to customer, nor it is proper for shift manager.

Never thought I would have to review a Starbucks, but had one the WORST experiences of my life here. Young asian gentleman working here misheard or mispelled my name, which is fine and understandable, but got angry with me for not hearing my name called and picking up my drink. When I explained that I didn't hear because my name isn't "Shaine" he replied with "Who cares?" Never coming back to this location!

I went to Starbucks in different country and here in USA, I thought all the Starbucks atmosphere are same, friendly and good service.
This place is something wrong, my name is Asian name, but pretty easy to say it.
This girl was just left my coffee in front of me and left. She didn't say anything. For what they needed my name? i didn't feel good about it at all.
This Starbucks is closest to my house, but no thanks, I don't want to go back here, wasting my time and money.

Clean, nice and you get your order really fast compared to other locations

Clean and spacious, more so than other Starbucks. The staff is cordial but it exceptional.

Decent coffee, friendly staff, quiet atmosphere, and reasonable service. For how much it costs, the coffee here is absolutely acceptable. However, if I was seeking a more "premium" drink, I'd go to Peet's.

Great coffee but the food sucks, and not too long of a wait. I wish they would create organic breakfast sandwiches. Nobody wants to eat powedered egg and slimy bacon in the morning.
