I recently went to buy a gift card for my cousin’s birthday . They were nice and fast but little did we know that they took my money and never activated the card !! So the card has $0 and they didn’t bother giving me a receipt that day . I called the store and said that there was “no way” that could happen . She took my # and name and said she would call me back . She didn’t even say sorry and I still haven’t received a call back . I’m DAILY Starbucks customer, the last thing I would want to do is make up a lie about a gift card .. super upsetting, hope you guys check your records and cameras.

This location is just ok. It's a bit challenging to park here due to the location. There are very few outlets, which makes studying with a computer hard.

Scary violent and drunk people constantly asking for money. It's scary to come here. If you like safety, don't come here. The teens are some of the worst. They are very mean and sit outside getting nasty when you don't have money for them. This place needs to clean up.

Right off the freeway this place is easy access and right on my way to work. The coffee is always fresh and hot and they have a wide range of breakfast and lunch options which are both tasty and heathy. Overall a great place for coffee and other things.

Ordered 2 hot chai lattes today at lunch and brought them over to work without tasting it right there. I tasted mine and it was the worst chai I ever had - either the milk was spoilt or the coconut milk based drink they made before mine left a bad taste in my chai. So disappointed with the quality of Starbucks. Surely, not worth the money spent.

Typical Starbucks menu. Limited parking. Fast, friendly service. Limited seating.

I like Starbucks because you always know what you going to get (good but not great coffee) but this location has the worst parking ever and it is timed so don't try doing your homework here. Also has a lack of electrical outlets for laptops or portables.

I'm not a huge fan of Starbucks, but I work at 5am once a week and this is the only place open at that time. My mobile order is always ready when I walk in. Conveniently located right by the 5 freeway on and off ramp, but the parking lot is a nightmare! They share the lot with a few other businesses so it's a bit of a commotion when everyone wants to get their Starbucks fix. The Tustin high schoolers flood the place, so there is usually a line to the door depending on the time of day you go/time of year.

I am not a Starbucks fan. However, they have been a major support to the Tustin High PTO program and that makes them amazing in my book.
They help us support our faculty and staff and that is why we love them.
