Mobile orders are a little slow here cuz they get a ton of traffic headed down Jackson toward the bridge. Sometimes I'll place my order a solid 15+ minutes out while I'm waiting in traffic. They do have some nice outdoor seating. Since most everyone else is just in and out I've never had an issue getting a seat when I want a break.

I've only had one bad experience here but most of the time the ladies are fast with my order and nice. Wow these guys have gotten worse. Made a mobile order that said it would be ready in 2 -6 minutes but took 15. If I would be just walked in and ordered I would've gotten my drink fasrer

Good place to edit photos and study. I recommend bringing your headphones they are terrible dj's. However food is usually fully stocked and drinks come out in time. Also near alot of stores.

Worst service. Always slow. Sucks because it is my go to on the way too work, but today's service was enough. Barista and cashier talking to friends instead of helping us customers. I will trek across town for better service from now on.

A pleasant arena of shade and sun along with retired folk sharing a table together and holding.

Baristas always friendly. Service is smooth and fast.

Some freaking stupid b******* called the godd*** cops on me from inside this Starbucks, for what I have no f****** idea why?!! I've come in here many times but at night, this time I came here yesterday afternoon, set my iPad and backpack down right in front of the window inside the shop, checked underneath the table right by the front door for an outlet to charge my phone before I go to work, there weren't any Then double checked again because I really needed to charge my phone. I checked under the very next table and put both my chargers in. As I stood in line waiting for an iced water, the African American lady working behind the counter stood there staring at me with a strange look, thing was she wasn't even working on mines I think she wasn't doing anything but standing there being a lazy weirdo. I didn't think that hard on this, but she "smiled" at me so I gave a little half smile because I usually think people who stare at me weird then try to play it off by trying to "smile" that there's usually something up with them, pretty annoying as hell how people can be towards me! The Asian lady at the register when I asked for my water also was giving me a disdainful look as well. I had switched my phone to the next table because there were outlets there instead. I go to my table and start eating my salad a few minutes go by a tall African American man came and sat down a seat away from me at the long table. He was standing in line before that after I'd already sat down and he said loudly to the same African American lady employee "I'll tell you in a minute". Idk what the conversation was about but I looked back at them like something seems a lil strange. She says ok and was laughing. I started to feel weird because I felt like he kept trying to be slick and stare at me like seeing what I was doing at the table when he sat down later. He was facing the same African American lady employee, the one who was staring at me in line in a weird way. A few minutes later I guess he was a cop or a fat fake mall cop in some combat bats came inside and looked right at me I felt him looking at me as I was eating. He moved the chair that was next to me and was looking underneath the godd*** table pretty quickly, idk why he didn't even go in line and buy anything, just went to the same fu***** table that I just went to previously several minutes before. I guess the stupid retards thought I planted drugs or something illegal underneath, oh but wait I'm not a fu***** dirty cop/Feds or a moron. Why in the mothafu***** hell would I put something illegal or whatever there stupid lil brains could concoct in the fu***** daytime and in a crowded cafe?!!!!!! I swear people out here are so fu****** retarded!! His fat a** went out the other side door that leads into the other way to the parking lot on the right side. He stays there for a couple minutes maybe. I can't see him because the brick wall is blocking him but as he goes out that door I look at him strangely as did a Hispanic or could've been Asian man near that doorway he had exited. I started thinking what was that all about. Then I look clear across from me in the next lot over in the parking lot. And there's a cop sitting in his suv just sitting on the coffee shop I guess waiting on the fat fake cop to let him know what was going on. I stared the whole time even leaned in closer to let his a** know yes I see you just sitting there waiting you lil fu****! I just sat there eating my fu****** food and stared right into the cops car because I had a feeling some retarded heifers must've called the cops on me for whatever stupid reason they had! The cop car ended up leaving I'm not sure if it was from my staring back at him or the fat mall cop told him everything was ok! I hope their ugly stupid as*** get the same treatment I got too!! All I was trying to do was eat my fu***** food and drink while inside!! And I came in sometime last week and ordered a tea, it wasn't even good all of the Starbucks in Hayward seem to make their drinks watered down and pretty gross!

The music is too loud here! Items (other than regular coffee) are pricey, comparing to other coffee shops I've been to. Helpful costumer service. It's a bit small and not ideal for studying for its loud music. I have my headphones on, and the volume is to the max in order to ignore their annoying music!

Update: last time their music volume was lower than usual, to the point you could hear the people sitting next to you. That's an improvement

I normally love this locarion, but it seems like they have a revolving door of staff here and half of them don't know how to make drinks. I understand we all have to start learning somewhere, but don't leave them alone to make drinks when the entire place is full of people waiting for drinks. Twenty minutes for a mobile order is too much especially when it was empty when you walked in and the backlog of drinks was from lack of knowledge. When I have to tell you how to make a drink from the secret menu and you can't, perhaps you need to take some time to learn them.

I've been coming to this Starbucks for a very very very long time. It's my favorite. Despite passing probably more than a dozen Starbucks on my way to work I'll generally wait and come here. The staff is super friendly and make an effort to get to know you.

I visit this location often and the staff is always nice. I'm not too fond of the atmosphere though. There isn't enough seating and sometimes the crowd's a little sketchy looking.

I come here about 6 out of 7 days a week. I come at various times and no matter what staff is there I ALWAYS receive kind, prompt service. They even remember my daughters special drink request! The staff seems to genuinely like each other which makes for a pleasant atmosphere! One of my favorite places to relax and have a cup of coffee!
