They always get my order right unlike other places
I was waiting for about 8 mins, 3 people working but there's no costumers at all, there was a guy and a girl playing trowing sandwiches at each other instead of working, the girl laughing with such attitude takes my order but didn't even asked for my name or ask if I would like anything else, she was in a hurry to continue playing with the guy, I don't know who train this people but they seriously need to get fired!! In the other hand the other girl who made my drink was very polite and apologized for their behavior then she continued restocking and doing some cleaning so she was great ...
I Like The Flavor of their ice Green Tea
Ok I have been to alot of Starbucks I'm a coffee lover and this is the first starbucks I come to and I see the bathroom this dirty it was really disappointing being Starbucks.
Kids love their cake pops. That's the only positive thing I can say about Starbucks.
Is conveniently located and the product they use is the best.
Zero stars. (Read first paragraph to get the gist of it; read whole thing to get whole story)
A barista there ignored me for a whole seven minutes, even going as far as the storage room to do so. When I got her attention, she was very rude and sassy about making my order. Out of all the Starbucks I've been to, I have never seen one with as worse of service as this one.
The service is terrible by the whole lot of them, but I'll just talk about one. The barista-we'll call her Marisa, since I don't recall her name-was busy tending to something at the drink station. I waited patiently, knowing that she saw me and will come when finished.
A few minutes surpass and then Marisa goes into the kitchen, comes back out and continues fiddling at the station. It has been more or less seven minutes of her ignoring me.
Now, the waiting was nothing, it was her attitude when I said, "Excuse me," to get her attention. She turned and said in a manner most rudely, "What?" I finally was able to place my order. Marisa wasn't very happy throughout the whole thing, not even a fake smile towards me.
I give them 4 3/4 stars, impossible to rate up three where the stars are & 4 3/4 is closer to 5 than 4.
Very friendly staff and quick service. Would definitely recommend this location.
I had the pleasure of stumbling upon Starbucks during a recent visit to 14540 Baldwin Park Towne Center, Baldwin Park, CA 91706, USA, and it turned out to be a coffee revelation. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the inviting ambiance, a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern aesthetics. I decided to try their cold brew, which had been recommended by a fellow coffee enthusiast. It did not disappoint. The cold brew was impeccably smooth, with a rich, bold flavor that awakened my taste buds. It was the kind of coffee that you savor slowly, enjoying every nuanced sip. One thing that truly sets Starbucks apart is their commitment to sustainability. They proudly source their beans from ethically responsible growers, and they use eco-friendly packaging. It's heartening to know that my coffee was not only delicious but also environmentally conscious. The staff at Starbucks were friendly and knowledgeable, eager to share their passion for coffee. They took the time to explain the origin of the beans and the meticulous brewing process, which added depth to the overall experience. Whether you're a coffee aficionado or just someone looking for a cozy coffee spot, Starbucks is a must-visit. It's a coffee experience that goes beyond the ordinary, and it's a place where the love for coffee shines through in every cup. It's become one of my favorite coffee haunts, and I can't recommend it enough.
