We always receive great customer service at the one here on Bellflower Blvd., Long Beach, CA. They provide a good atmosphere for meeting up with friends, to get away by yourself, studying and doing business. We like the fact that the music is more in the background not pounding as if you are in some club. Thank you Starbuck's staff! 😄

I come here often and there are usually only the guys on here anomaly one young lady with tattoos (I believe) she actually closed June 29 with another young man and another girl. The girls had the worst attitudes. Hey snappy and has HORRIBLE customer service. Got my order wrong and double charged me for my drink. I came at 11:28 and the argument for my money back took so long the registers "closed at 11:30" and I couldn't get my refund until tomorrow. I will walk out every time I see the closers who closed tonight.

Awesome staff! Was able to order from the secret menu and make a few adjustments to my drink with no extra cost. Would definitely come back!

This is a decent Starbucks. The staff are friendly folks and efficient.

The establishment is kept clean and along a major thoroughfare. They're open until 10:30pm on weekdays in case you need a late night pick me up or need to get a little studying in.

They are ALWAYS so very slow. Like no one inside and no one in drive yet need to wait to order for 10 minutes and another 10-15 to get it. Plus they served a man who walked thru the drivevthru. Not cool. Especially since he kept walking and staring at my car and me. They are never super friendly and I just don't enjoy coming here. I'll go to the one on Spring closer to eldorado park instead even tho it's way out of the way. If I could negative star this I would.

This Starbucks is nice. The drive thru can be hit or miss on the wait time depending when you go. They usually make my drink correctly and it's a convenient location. Plenty of parking if you want to go inside.
