Great employees, only problem was that I was under the assumption they were open 24 hrs but they closed at midnight instead. So I had to cut my study sesh short.

24/7 can get real crowded but a great place to study. They tried to get as many tables as possible in the small space. Service is always great despite the craziness.

These folks are usually on top of their game and always have a smile. The 24-hour open thing doesn't hurt any either.

I went in today and had the best experience with one of the partners, Rachel Mae (I think that's how you spell her name, but if it's not, sorry!). She let me try the different roasts (since they have their holiday roasts out) and was super patient and awesome. She's definitely the best person I've met there thus far, and deserves the best. Thank you, Rachel!!!

Got coffee on my way to work at 2:45am at the drive through. It took so long that I got to work a few minutes late. I told the barista that and he gracefully immediately gave me the coffee for free.

Im bicycle commuting so i cant sure enough leave my bicycle any where. Can you guys get a bicycle rack please. Telling me to put it in the rack across the street is like telling me go park at the mall leave it unlocked then walk over here. I actually asked nicely if i could bring my bicycle in. So no more starbucks for me i need bicycle friendly locations.

By far the friendliest Starbucks I have ever been to! All of the servers here were wearing smiles when we came in the door, and when we left.

My order is always right. Sometimes the wait can be a bit much, both inside and in the drive-thru.

One of my favorite locations for meetings. Always has available seating. Unfortunately this time there were several loud homeless in a corner. While it may not sound right - it was highly disturbing and made the meeting difficult. If this continues, I will need to find another location. In the 2+ hours, several homeless came in and out - it was their corner. They were so loud, it was difficult having a conversation. I realize this may make me sound terrible. However this is where I conduct many interviews and meetings.

Sherlynn and Mark are the best. Of cohrse, all the baristas rock but she got me hooked and he keeps me coming back. Love the service n love the eye candy. Thnx Bux !!
