Staff was very nice, went during a rush and crew was able to handle it and stay on top of orders with a friendly deminor.

I am here at Starbucks in la mesa calif. Why is their music so depressing?

The only reason I'm giving it 4 out of 5 stars is because it's very small inside. Being that I live nearby, it is extremely convenient that this Starbucks is located right next to a Barnes and Noble and the movie theater, which I frequent. And because the movie theater is right there, this Starbucks accommodates moviegoers especially, in that they stay open later than most are sbuxes. They stay open until 11 p.m. Verses the typical 9 p.m. Starbucks close time. I love that! And they have never messed up my drink ....I also love that, because I'm there for my drink that I'm craving. If a staff member gave me the stink eye or was rude (which has never happend) I wouldn't care because the point is that I have my delicious drink that I'm addicted to, AND it is available to me as late as 11pm! They have free WiFi and I guess not to mention the fact that it's right across the street from the hospital so if I overdose on my venti cup of diabetes, well, I can practically walk myself to the hospital hahaha....Sbux can train their employees to be good, but sometimes if you encounter a strong personality, just remember that the staff are not robots, they are people. They have your drink, and they stay open later...... thank you starbucks for accommodating me

Nice and comfortable and atmospheres good the food and the coffee are always very good it all depends on who is in charge of the music section in the Starbucks store sometimes they play great music sometimes music is not good at all and I want to hurry up and get out of there

This starbucks is normally not too busy. They have a lot of to-go orders. Best of all its connected to a Barnes and Noble. Employees here are very nice as well.
