I'm going to say why I gave Starbucks such a low rating and it has somewhat to do with how my girlfriend and I have been treated by the staff even managerial staff but it's mostly because of the fact that they mark up their prices to a point of ridiculous greed.I mean the Starbucks corporation can't be happy with the hundred of millions they make ,no, they have to make billions and billions and even more than that,it's preposterous,really!What it costs to make a frap or strawberries n cream is probably pennies on the dollar and yet their mark up is probably,in many instances,over 800 to 1000%, absolutely wrong and I'm a proud American capitalist but when greed becomes the essence of a company's capitalistic strategy,then no longer is capitalism a good thing but it becomes a greedy,evil ideal and I say and stress again how much for capitalism I am,just not when greed creeps into it!

Poor customer service. I have bought and spent so much money in this company and the one time i needed to run in real quick and use the restroom they tell me its for paying customers? Are you freaking kidding me. Never again.

I'm learning a new drink & they were very patient with me. Yummy new peach citrus with black tea 8 pumps of sweetener.

It was a completely different Starbucks location than any I've ever been to. The people working here don't seem to want to engage with anyone and don't want to be there and are rude and judgemental. The vibe here just feels depressed and down as compared to all other Starbucks that I've gone to.

I drive out of my way to order from this Starbucks because their drinks have always been consistent. Lately my order has been hit and miss, so I started paying attention to which barista was making my drink and sure enough, noticed each time it's been substandard it was the same person, Rosemary. I don't want to be unkind, but she's just awful. I couldn't find a place to leave feedback, this really sucks.

I come back all the time. The people are so friendly and Very nice to Everyone that comes in. I stay for a couple of hours and color in my books and Velvet pictures while I am here.......

Nice place, great staff, the drinks are well made, they have nice music. A lot of parking space.

Good atmosphere both indoors and out. Service was fast. Free wifi of course, I could see myself coming here to study for school or complete an assignment. If it had been cleaner I would have rated four stars. Where I sit I see a layer of dust on the windowsill and the floor doesn't appear to have been recently swept and I can see what appears to be a pill of some kind underneath a table.

Small SB but a very large courtyard with lots of tables. There are several two or three person tables with AC outlets for your online jones to be satisfied. Lots of food places near and Cinépolis is almost next door.
