For starters, I am an avid bike rider. This is the only Starbucks around town without at least one table outdoors(yes, there is enough space and the used to have a table). In addition, there is no bike rack in sight. I shrugged my shoulders and entered with my bike. I was told to leave my bike outside. The employee was dismissive as well. I asked if there were bike racks (maybe he knew the location of a rack that was near). He abruptly answered, "No." It would have been nice if the employee would have put forth a little effort to exhibit a little professionalism, especially when he is obviously aware of the lack of places to secure a bike. I usually come her late afternoons or evenings, but ive always had a positive experience here. Staff is friendly and refills are quick.

Don't come here in the mornings!! This elder lady with blonde hair & blue eyes sucks!! She messes up on everyone's orders including mine every single time I go!! Starbucks you guys need to fire her! Never coming here again.

Got my order wrong then wouldn't even give me an ice water in a Venti cup. I said I'd pay for it and the girl just argued with me and said they don't charge for water. Charge me for something else then and give me the cup I just want a large water! They do it at all the other Starbucks. What I get for coming to Moreno Valley

I had a horrible experience at this place. Thanks to a worker named Kelly, she's just plain old mean. I did nothing to attract her ark. But it seems that she wants to treat everybody like their homeless or not customers I spend quite a decent amount of money at Starbucks and being a part of her job security, one would think I get a little bit more respect. So I'll just write this all down so some of my 40000 plus viewers to find out just how she feels.

Employees like to argue about what drink u order ...order a drink asked for no milk cashier didn't right it picked up drink yep has milk asked to remake with no milk he than proceeded to tell me it by don't want milk than you need to order 2 espresso shots he obviously doesn't know his drinks one and to I want to put my own milk in ..I'm the customer I know what I am ordering just do your job with closed lips and fill as I ask

This store is always quiet everytime I come here. No little kids running around or big groups making a bunch of noise! Great atmosphere :)

Everyone is very attentive. Feels more like a neighborhood coffee shop that part of a multinational chain. Highly recommended.

Juse got through getting the same order I get every other day. This time tho I got two iced drinks to go along with my pour over..asked if they could please have them come up together so iced drinks wouldn't be melted. Guess what.....not only did they make the iced drinks ahead of time. My regular Venti turned into a Grande...I'm so glad they hear so well and Remembered me too...
