Well if the customer is always right, this particular location is "Tip of the Speer" spot on, not only in customer satisfaction but also excells with great company to keep with their fine clients as well. With an operation like this better get a seat quickly or like me it's off to the next best location.

Great coffee shop in San Marcos. Great atmosphere and drinks always get brewed quickly and correctly. Outside patio area was a little dirty the last time I was there but no big deal.

We came here on a hot day and there was nowhere to sit but outside in the sun. The parking here is bad. If there's a line at the drive through, you might be stuck for a while waiting to get out.

Awesome service that is quick and friendly.
Their drive thru was lined up when I walked in and they still got my order correct and quickly.
Parking situation is tight so just park a couple rows over and walk.
They have a big variety in the food cabinet and everything was in stock.

Great place funny and loving staff. I come here all the time to do business meetings or just meet up with friends in general. Did I mention the staff here is amazing. Except for that foreign Australian guy... Total ass head.....JK he is OK for a bloody foreigner.

This store is always busy, it seems like it always takes forever to get my drink regardless if I go inside or go through the drive thru. They don't keep the bars I like in stock regularly so I've switched to a different store. The baristas are awesome though - they are always smiling so the vibe is good.

Love the location but just tried an oatmeal on 10/15/2016 @ 9:24am and Starbucks definitely makes HORRIBLE oatmeal. It cost me $3.00 and i had to force myself to eat it so i didnt end up throwing away $3.00. It was super thick, not fully cooked and i left it covered for over5 minutes.

Some of the Baristas are great friendly people but a handful of others look at me in a way that i take as a rude and mean look.

Another update: after my last updated post, I noticed immediately that some of the baristas who weren't as friendly really started trying to be more friendly. I'm huge on customer service as i had many years in it and always gave 100% to each customer, even in a tipping environment, i always gave 100% to the ones who didnt tip, as much as the ones who tipped great. I used to love Starbucks for their baristas who tried their best to get to know each customer on a personal level and try to remember what they like. Great job for stepping it up!

Great store with lots of seating indoors and outdoors. Perfect study spot with great coffee and service.
