This place is great! I am here at Black Friday and there is about 60 people in line with five staff people working the counters and they are all being diligent responsible and great workers! all traffic keeping their cool and keeping the customers happy! The store is clean as lots of seating inside and outside

This location is inside the mall.
The customer service is great but it really took forever to get our drinks. The place was packed and only four people working. Literally 20 minutes to get a water and a drink .

Idont know how a coffee company runs out of coffee!!!!! Most of them always have fresh brewed coffee all day and night.

Up on a safari to meet my illustrator, our signature stop. Visits at this cafe in the Promenade Mall, Handles the crowd well. Huge gifts section. Best drinks I've had made, in 3 counties further south. Exquisite.

Nicole is AMAZING. Makes the whole store a bright place to be! Her patience with me while trying a new drink, two different ways on the same drink only just to change it! Any other Starbucks I never would have even attempted because I don't feel that welcome and feel like I would be a burden to keep asking so much of them. Les was an absolute delight as well! The closing shift on 4/4/17 was perfect! If every Starbucks had employees and customer service like this I would go back for much more than just the drinks drinks! Thank you both so much!! ♡

Great service. I've been here many times. They gave me great customer service whether there was a lot of people or no people at all. When it's busy they work pretty fast compared to other Starbucks. It's convenant since it's a big mall and sometimes you are craving something sweet. I love the vanilla bean with extra caramel. I recommend it to those caramel lovers.
